HI Everyone!!! My name is Jonay. I moved to the Bend area about 6 years ago, from the Oregon coast and I absolutely love it here. I am a fitness professional, ACE certified; and I have my hand in a little bit of everything that has to do with personal health, training and well being!

Mainly weightlifting though. I also go cycling, backpacking, hiking, rock climbing and now cross country skiing. There is so much to do here and that's where Max Muscle products have worked for me. So I speak through experience.

I love being in the fitness industry. So, as a personal trainer I am proud to be part of the Max Muscle team. Educating people so they can grow and be in the best shape that they can possibly be in, is what I do best. .
