Hello!  My name is Mary Bauck. I was born and raised in Southern Oregon and was transplanted to the Portland Metro area in 2001.

From early childhood and throughout high school I was a three sport athlete. However, after having my daughters, my body changed along with my diet and exercise habits and before I knew it I was 100 lbs overweight and didn’t recognize the person looking back at me in the mirror. In January of 2008 I made the decision that it was time to do something about it and by January of 2009 I’d lost the weight through proper eating and exercise. The weight loss prompted me to become a NASM Certified Personal Trainer so that I could share what I had learned with others. Now, as well as being a CPT, I am a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist working at Max Muscle where I have an even greater opportunity to educate and help others reach their nutrition and fitness goals.

In my spare time I enjoy working out, playing co-ed softball and women’s indoor soccer as well as simply spending quality time with my family and good friends.
